Week 1: Cats in Bed
Ok, here is first week assignment: draw several cats until you find the right one and then render it using your favorite medium. The catch is to draw in bed.
Surprisingly, it was harder than I thought. May be it is because I am too critical to myself, but everything I drew I hated. But finally, after 30 minutes or so I drew this cat:
And then it was really unexpected, I drew another one. This is the Cat with a pearl earring. However, because I drew it without looking at Vermeer's masterpiece, I messed up colors. Anyway, here is my second cat:
